In 2005, Sue Bailey and Michelle Wright carried out a successful management buyout, with a vision to be the most successful independently-owned full service IPA marketing agency in the West Midlands.

In 2010, to better reflect our new offer and new ownership of the agency, we changed our name to Gough Bailey Wright, and today the agency employs over 20 industry professionals, providing marketing solutions across an enviable portfolio of brands.

Gough Bailey Wright continues to grow in 2010 and works in a broad range of industry sectors, with clients in the Tourism, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Property Development, Events, Leisure, Facilities Management, Social Housing and Charity sectors.

The original Tom C. Gough & Partners was founded in 1936. We acquired Allen Stanley Advertising in 2002, and became the full service agency, Gough Allen Stanley.
