As an IPA agency, Gough Bailey Wright is committed to the highest industry standards in everything we do, and many of our team members take advantage of the IPA training courses and qualifications on offer.


We also hold regular in-house training sessions to ensure our multi-disciplinary skills, knowledge and experience are shared for the benefit of staff and clients.


Team members are also required to take specific IPA exams before they can progress their careers at the agency.
