Rhodri
Creative Services Account Director
Rhodri has a long and successful track record in marketing, and can work across all marketing disciplines. Rhodri has helped his clients grow their business, even through difficult market conditions.
Had it not been for a serious lack of rugby talent, Rhodri may well have joined the long list of great fly halves to emerge from Wales. His love of Radio 4 and ale might make him sound old but there is no doubt that he is young at heart.jane

Richard heads up our finance department and is responsible for everything from paying the milk bill to paying the directors' salaries. As you would expect, his financial expertise includes providing support for account handlers and producing management accounts.
A lifelong Aston Villa fan, Rich spends most of his spare time cheering on his beloved Villans, singing along to Absolute 80s, or showing off his encyclopaedic knowledge of 80s cartoons.julie

Julie
PR Assistant
Luckily for us, Julie is more than able to keep both our community affairs and PR teams in check and working together like a well-oiled machine. This is in no small part due to Julie's experience of working for some of the Midlands' biggest agencies.
Having stalked the Stereophonics from Cardiff to Cancun Julie decided, with the help of a restraining order, to put her outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail to more productive use.johan

Stuart
Creative Designer
Stu loves going that little bit further to to produce work with a ‘wow’ factor for clients, and meeting seemingly impossible artworking deadlines is definitely Stu’s secret superpower.
In his spare time, Stu’s most likely to be doing one of the following: supporting QPR, running or practicing his Hasselhoff beach strut.amy

Amy
PR Account Manager
Amy works in our community affairs team, having left her job as a radio news reporter to work in the far more glamorous world of Gough Bailey Wright. Amy’s invaluable broadcasting experience has allowed her to provide media training to her colleagues and clients.
Amy’s nickname really should be Garfield, because of her love of lasagna and sleeping. However, unlike the cartoon cat, Amy is certainly not work shy, as she likes nothing more than playing with her beautiful young daughter, Ava, or launching into energetic, weekend-long, gardening sessions.sundeep

Michelle has many years’ experience in consumer and B2B PR and established our award-winning social media team in 2008. She has an excellent reputation with the home-interest sector, and an unrivalled understanding of national press.

Josh
Account Executive
Always chirpy, GBW’s Mr Nice Guy works hard in our Public and Community Affairs department. With a genuine passion for working in communications and dealing with every type of personality, he never stops smiling.

Never happier than being indoors with a roast lamb, pint of beer and a good film. Josh is also a huge tennis fan. One of his aims is to go to all four major tournaments. Wimbledon and The French Open have been ticked off the list. Just New York and Melbourne to go and it’s game, set and match.darren

Ali is a master of all things PR but specialises in b2b PR. A whizz at client newsletters, she writes targeted copy and manages often demanding deadlines. Her work ethic is second to none and she still manages to maintain strong links with her media contacts.
Ali’s positive nature could be attributed to the constant stream of endorphins released by her regular gym sessions, or maybe it’s because at heart, Ali still dreams of driving a camper van and surfing for a living.alex

Alex
Digital Assistant
After spending four years trying unsuccessfully to discover the secret to baking the perfect tiger loaf in a Sainsbury’s bakery, Alex decided he was better suited to helping people find your website with a simple Google search.
Equally at home editing website content or updating a pay-per-click campaign, Alex puts his vast knowledge of all things digital down to a web development obsession from an early age. When not making your website sit proudly at the top of a Google search you can find Alex at the Hawthorns cheering on his beloved Baggies. And, sharing his name with young rockers the Artic Monkeys we hear Alex certainly looks good on the dance floor!tess

Jake
Office Junior
After working as a trainee chef at a local restaurant, our cheeky Bromsgrove lad uses his quick thinking and organisational skills to play an important role in the smooth running of our Public and Community Affairs projects.
He makes equally light work of demolishing a Greggs Mega Deal within an impressive 20 minutes of his lunch break. This combined with the occasional ‘social’ drink with friends at weekends put an early end to his promising professional football career. He’s represented Worcester and played at a national level at school. These days on the football pitch, he still displays Messi-esque skills, although now it’s on the Xbox!jayne
