We’re delighted to confirm we’ve successfully delivered a campaign for Birmingham City Council to support the sale of land at ‘Peddimore Birmingham’, one of the most exciting development opportunities in the region.
We have produced a full suite of communications for Birmingham City Council’s Property Services, working with GVA, the UK’s leading real estate advisory business.
The agency’s property and creative teams worked to an extremely tight deadline to produce a range of marketing materials, including eye-catching branding, advertising, public relations, an interactive and physical brochure, plus a video using high-tech drone technology.
Targeted primarily at the developer and investor markets, ‘Peddimore Birmingham’ is one of the UK’s prime industrial development opportunities and is expected to create 10,000 jobs along with £350 million for the local economy.
The development is perfectly located at the outer edge of the A38 industrial corridor to the east of Birmingham and is at the hub of the UK’s motorway network, close to the M42, M6 Toll and M6.
