British Lofts

Defiantly Dependable Demand for a South West based loft storage, access and insulation business.

Three men wearing navy blue British Lofts polo shirts stand in front of a white British Lofts van with colorful loft storage graphics, against a backdrop of stone and brick walls under a cloudy sky.

The job

British Lofts didn’t exist twelve months ago. No brand, no leads, no work, nothing to show it was worth trusting with anyone’s roof.

Now it’s a different problem: a dependable pipeline of demand, and staying in control of the business levers as it grows, another depot, another installer, another van, another team.

GAS built the brand from nothing, on trust and quality. Built demand to match the budget and the ambition, and a marketing engine that scales with every hire, kept efficient by AI and automation.

Partnership basis: equity, shared risk, profits go straight back into growing the business.

The toolbox

GAS built this from nothing. The name, the brand, the proposition behind it. Then thewebsite, the social channels, the content to fill them, a proper shoot to put a real face onit. Meta ads, press ads, leaflets through doors, livery on the vans, merchandise on site.

Get noticed

The 17-point loft health check is the reason to trust British Lofts over anyone else in the South West, and it runs through the whole story: branding, vans, leaflets and Meta ads carrying one message before anyone lands on the landing page. Nobody else checks a loft this thoroughly.

Branding

We got British Lofts to make a promise that everything else hangs off: nobody checks a loft more thoroughly.

Get slick

Most business owners are good at the trade and bad at what happens after someone enquires.
An enquiry on its own is nothing: GAS nurtures it, qualifies it, and gets it booked in by a callhandling team while the interest’s still there, not three days later when it’s gone cold. Book it,and a confirmation goes straight out naming who’s coming and when, so a stranger at the doordoesn’t feel like one. Every one of the 17 points goes into the system as it’s checked, so thequote and the follow-up are ready before the installer’s back in the van.

CALL HANDLING

Strike while the iron's hot. A call handling team rings back while the interest is warm, not three days later.

Quotation in a speech bubble: 'You've got a great team at Gough. Nothing's ever a problem, and you're always talking to the same person, not fed off to someone else. They find the small details you didn't even know you needed to get the business growing in the right direction. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.'
